Pre-launch policy draft. Business identity, support contact and final policy approval are pending. This installation is not open for paid orders.

WorkOS handles identity. Convex stores workspaces, briefs, chat, files and workflow records. Studio staff can access projects to deliver the service.

Agency end-client accounts and contact details are not collected. The app does not send artwork to an AI service, and there is no session-replay integration. Studio notes remain separate from client chat.

Portal file downloads require authentication on every request. External source links are controlled by their file service. Downloaded copies cannot be revoked. Artwork retention and a deletion-request contact need owner approval before launch.
