Scope, delivery and approved extras

Static ads, social graphics and campaign adaptations. A new direction within the plan joins your queue without another design fee. Logos, websites, video and other work outside the plan, or paid assets, require your approval of a separate cost before proceeding.

Same-day means first delivery for complete, in-scope active static briefs before the agreed cutoff. Cutoff, delivery time and working days are confirmed in writing in SGT (UTC+8). Queued work starts when a slot is free.

Included designs, in-brief revisions and agreed files have no extra per-request fee. USD plus applicable tax, shown before payment.
