All prices in USD. The $15 first-order offer is once per business or agency. Logos, full branding, websites, decks, video, complex illustration, extra sizes, and extra revisions are outside these packages. We confirm whether your request fits before quoting. Delivery dates are agreed before payment. Introductory prices may change for future orders; accepted quotes are honored. No automatic billing.

Do I need a design, or know how to use AI?

No. A short written brief is enough to request a quote. We can create a new layout from your approved copy and brand references, or improve a draft from any tool. No existing design, AI account, or design-software experience is required.

What exactly can I get for $15?

Your first simple static graphic: a social post, an ad, an email header, or a one-sided flyer. It includes one concept, one size, one consolidated revision round, and the agreed source and export files. Supply final copy and any required brand assets. This offer is once per business or agency, not once per end client. We check that your request fits this scope before you commit.

How does the $79 agency batch work?

Five graphics for one brand and campaign, using one visual direction and output size. We design the first layout for approval, then adapt it into four matching variations using your supplied messages or images. Each graphic includes one consolidated revision round. Separate brands, unrelated concepts, additional sizes, and new campaign directions need a separate quote.

Can I deliver the work under my agency’s name?

Yes. White-label means the deliverables carry your client’s branding, not SnapDesign’s. You remain the client contact. We don’t contact your client or publish the work without your written permission. Agree on any NDA or client-specific tool restrictions before sharing sensitive materials.

What about delivery, source files, and AI tools?

We agree on timing and an editable source format before payment. Design and AI-assisted tools may be used; tell us any restrictions before starting. For print, supply the printer’s specifications and have them approve the final proof. Font or stock licenses are not automatically included.

Can we work together every week or month?

Yes, through separate scoped projects. Keep using the same workspace, select a saved brand, or start a similar job from an earlier brief. Check the new copy and requested date, and reattach any needed files. Each project gets its own quote and agreed delivery date; regular orders do not reserve capacity.

Do you offer short- or long-term contracts?

At launch, we work per project: an accepted scope and quote, together with the service terms, define that job. You can keep working with us over time without a fixed-term commitment. We do not currently offer monthly retainers, annual plans, automatic billing, or a guaranteed allocation of a designer.

Will I be locked into a plan or a higher price?

No subscription and no automatic billing. The $15 price is a first-order offer; the other listed prices are our current introductory rates. Prices may change for future orders, but your accepted quote is honored. You approve the price each time before work starts.
